That’s all you need to smash out a Soul Circuit Strength session.
We offer 20-minute Self-Led circuit sessions in a private, high-tech studio. The workouts are curated by our team, we provide music and a timer to work through the stations.
The circuit room has been designed with different stations and different programs to help you build strength or to make you sweat. That’s the best bit - you can ‘choose your own fitness adventure’ based on your fitness goals.
With a maximum of four people per self-led session, you won’t feel crowded and better yet, you might score the whole space to yourself and your workout friends.
💪🏼 STRENGTH CIRCUITS
20 minutes of pure focus on either upper body or lower body, incorporating plyometric moves to build your strength and lean muscle as well as your bone density.

Programmed to use high-intensity exercises to increase heart rate, and complementary sculpting exercises to improve muscle definition and endurance.

Our Strength Circuit is a private studio with an array of weights, leg press, bar + cardio equipment, set up as a circuit.
The room is equipped with a huge 75inch screen + cloud fit app that displays workouts of the week (curated for different parts of the body). It also has a speaker and lights.
We curate a range of Workouts of the Week targeting various body parts - upper body, core, booty, lower body or full body workouts. You can choose the workout you feel like on the day.
Some workouts are pure circuits (eg 9 rounds 45 sec on/ 15 rest x 2 rounds) some are Challenges
There is so much variety in this studio

Each workout is 20 minutes in duration.
The booking is for 25 mins to allow time to set up and pack up.Please ensure you arrive a few minutes early as the time will start at the rostered time as per timetable.
This is especially important if there are a few people in the room or a booking straight afterwards.
You need to vacate the studio after the 25mins is completed.

Before your first session, you need to watch the ORIENTATION VIDEO on this page or be sure to get one of our Soul Squad to orientate you to the studio.
The video will take you through how to use the equipment, how to set up the tech and how to leave the room.
Also, please complete the pre-screening by clicking the QR Code on the wall. There is also a quick video you can watch too.The room is very easy to use, but it is important we show you how to use it prior to your first session, so you get the most out of the circuits. Please follow along the Cloud Fit movements to ensure your form is correct

Of course, you can absolutely just utilise our bespoke circuit room only. You don’t have to buy a reformer membership to enjoy our private circuit room.
It is a wonderful option for those people who dread going to a traditional, intimidating gym but want to focus on building strength.

We always have a few key Workouts of the Week that you can choose on the Cloud Fit app to target different parts of the body.
You do not have to use one of those but it IS preferred. If you need to swap out a movements or stations in the circuit you can.
If you prefer to do your own thing just be mindful if there are other people in the room training who may be following the suggested workout of the week on the TV. As long as you stay out of each others way, its all good.

The best way is to download the soulhub app, purchase your credits and then in the BOOK tab of the app, click over to circuit and book your session in

When you come into Soulhub Reception, you check in at reception, then turn left, follow the corridor to the right, past the Wellbeing Hubs (on the Left) and straight into Studio 2

We have limited the access to four people, often you have the room to yourself.
If there is more than one person, you will need to agree on the Workout that you display on the 75 inch TV

Ideally not.
We believe if you complete the workout at the correct intensity there is no need to stay in there longer than the 20 min workout of the week.
There is also a chance that someone has booked in after you, so they need to feel comfortable to enter the studio and start their workout at their set time.
If you have booked a back to back session, and someone is booked into the next session, they will get to choose the Workout of the Week that displays on the TV for their booked timeslot.

Main things to do are:
Wipe over all equipment you used with the wipes provided
put back all the weights where they were
turn off the music and fan
ensure the room is neat and tidy

We sure do. We have fully kitted out bathroom and shower facilities. They are very luxe.
We provide shampoo, conditioner and all sorts of fancy schmancy products for your hair and face serums. We also have a hair dryer should you need it.
Just be sure to bring your own towel.
